Position Overview for the Business Analyst:

Serve as a liaison between multiple business units and the IT Department
Document requirements by working with appropriate stakeholders
Work with IT Department to ensure any issues are handled quickly
Become a subject matter expert of assigned area
Requirements for the Business Analyst:

BA / Documentation Specialist

This is a contract position to document the custom application systems used at Thomas & Company. Documentation will include business process flows, use cases, and technical application and database documentation. This position will work with the functional managers and end users for the business process documentation and IT team members for the technical documentation. Required proficiency for all Microsoft tools including Visio. The position is expected to take approximately 3 months but could be extended longer or turn into a full-time position for the right person.
