TEKsystems is looking for an experienced Business Analyst that has experience working on multiple new software development application projects in an enterprise environment. Candidates need to have experience working with offshore QA and Development teams, as they will be leading QA efforts with both QA and Development offshore teams. Candidates should also have experience with full SDLC in an AGILE heavy environment (4wk) sprints. 40% of the time will be spent assisting the Engagement Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products. Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction. 30% of time will be interfacing with clients to define and document requirements for a named set of custom developed or vendor software products. Creates documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and newsletters. The other 30% will be spent in various meetings with end users and business owners.
