March Lunch and Learn - User Story Slicing

Chapter Lunch Event

Tommy Norman
Breaking down product features into small, independently valuable increments is not easy. Sometimes it is not obvious where to reduce scope and how much scope is needed to provide real value. In this session, we will go through an approach using Story Mapping to identify specific product personas and their goals you are trying to meet and to ruthlessly slice and prioritize the components of a feature in order to truly find the simplest thing that will work.
